We offer a QUICK turnaround time. We sharpen your tools within 1-2 business days after the payment and the tools received then they will be returned the next working day.
 

TO SEND YOUR ORDER:

1. Prepare your package: First gather your items you need to sharpened. Simply individually wrap you scissors/knife or tools in several layers of newspaper or soft packing material. Be sure to tuck in the ends so no exposed sharp edges. Tape around the wrapped items. Next place the newspaper-wrapped items in in a box with lots of packing material or bubble mailer with cardboard in the sides of reinforcement. That should not be any rattling when you shake your box or mailer.

2. Complete our Mail Order Form  Click here to print out our order form then place it in your package.

Alternatively you can write us a message via our online order form (see below). Be sure includes your name, business name, telephone number, email address, the shipping address and the number of your items.

3. Decide how you will make a payment (Card, PayPal, BACS). Just go ahead and send us your order. Once received your package we will send you an invoice via text / email. It is that simple. To protect your security please do not put your details on the order form. We will phone you once we received your package.

When posting your scissors, the post office clerk will usually ask, what's inside the package - you must state that the scissors are securely packaged in accordance with Royal Mails website instructions, relating to sharp objects.

5. Pick your return postage: We do not make any profit on return cost. Choose your postal service: 1st Class signed for or Special Delivery. Read more about dispatch & delivery please click here.

6. Contact us: After you shipped your order, please contact us by email, text or our contact form and let us know that your order on its way.

Once your order received we will send an invoice to you. After the payment received we will sharpen your tools within 1-2 days then send them back to the address given by you.
